TVO's construction services group oversees planned tenant improvements as well as major construction of residential and commercial properties. TVO's construction services team prepares a detailed scope of work, solicits "apples-to-apples" bids, awards the bids based on best value. Upon awarding the bid, TVO construction services team prepares a construction contract that outlines insurance requirements, inspection criteria, procedures for requesting change orders, a draw schedule with lien waver submittal documents and a calendar of completion.
