TVO’s full service management platform includes vendor & tenant relations, quality control & assurance, accounts payable & receivables, budgets & capital expenditures, financial reporting, common area maintenance, security, cleaning & janitorial, deferred & preventive maintenance, energy management solutions & energy performance, leasing, and treasury. The company’s Construction Services Group oversees ongoing maintenance, regularly scheduled repairs and planned tenant improvements as well as major construction of each residential & commercial asset including drafting the scope of work and directing bid solicitation.
