Bernardo del Hierro , Senior Associate, Head of Facility Management – TVO North America

Mr. del Hierro, who joined TVO North America in January, 2000, directs the company’s facility management platform of approximately 4.1 million square feet of industrial/logistics, office, retail, medical office & specialty healthcare properties. Additionally, Mr. del Hierro coordinates and oversees all due diligence for investment property acquisitions. He received his BA Degree from the University of Texas at El Paso (“UTEP”) and MBA from the University of Oklahoma (“OU”). He is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and BOMI International where he is currently pursuing the BOMI International designation of Real Property & Facility Management Administrator. He is headquartered in El Paso.
