Chris Haynes, Managing Director, Real Estate Transactions & Risk Management – TVO Groupe

Mr. Haynes earned a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. He practiced real estate law in El Paso, Texas for thirty-five (35) years before joining TVO North America. For more than twenty-five (25) years, he represented TVO North America, TVO Groupe and the Vandenburg Family and its members, his primary clients, in acquiring, financing, managing and disposing of more than 50,000 apartment units and other commercial investment properties. Mr. Haynes is a member of the State Bar of Texas and has spoken at numerous legal seminars and published several continuing legal education articles related to real estate for the State Bar of Texas in addition to conducting his law practice. Mr. Haynes is headquartered in El Paso.
