Edward Daley, Project Manager, Construction Management Services Group – TVO North America

Mr. Daley joined TVO North America in 1999 as a Construction Services, Project Manager overseeing and managing renovation projects for TVO's portfolio of owned multifamily investment properties. In this capacity, Mr. Daley has been involved in over $150.0 million in property renovations and capital improvements during his tenure with TVO. Edward has a total of thirty-two (32) years of experience in construction and project management services and currently oversees the maintenance and tenant improvements for TVO’s facility management portfolio of industrial/logistic properties. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree. He is headquartered in El Paso.
