Landon Durham Regional Acquisition Director – TVO North America

Landon is responsible for identifying strategic multifamily acquisition opportunities located primarily in the Central Texas region encompassing the greater Austin and San Antonio markets as well as the Greater Houston area. Prior to joining TVO, Landon was engaged in the construction industry working with real estate property developers. Additionally, Landon founded and operated Crosspitch, a dynamic technology-driven on-line auction company. Landon holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California.
