Executive Bios

Miles Pakaki, Head of Management Information Systems – TVO Groupe

Mr. Pakaki joined TVO North America in 1995 after retiring from the US Navy after twenty (20) years of military service to his country. Miles heads TVO’s technology department and is responsible for all of TVO Groupe’s hardware and software applications, the TVO secured-investor portal, and training of on-site managers and staff on the use of TVO’s technology platform in North America. Internationally, Mr. Pakaki works with local technology professionals to coordinate both service and support to TVO’s European platform spanning six (6) countries in Central & Eastern Europe. Miles is headquartered in El Paso.
