Executive Bios

Patrick Griffiths, Vice President, Finance – TVO North America

Mr. Griffiths initially joined TVO North America as a member of its development group in mid-2007 following a period of approximately ten (10) years in the hospitality industry. During that time, he worked in a variety of financial roles with Intercontinental Hotels Group and Homestead Studio Suites (a division of Security Capital Group), including asset manager, budget/forecast manager, and accounting lead. Today, Patrick is the asset manager for TVO’s owned and developed Hilton Garden Inn in addition to providing financial analysis to TVO’s owned and managed property portfolio and corporate operations. Mr. Griffiths also provides financial analysis to TVO’s development projects where he works hand-in-hand with both the Project Developer and Project Manager. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso (“UTEP”) where he earned both his BBA in Finance and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (“MBA”) with a Finance emphasis. Mr. Griffiths is headquartered in El Paso.
