Executive Bios

Patrick Griffiths, Vice President, Finance – TVO North America

Mr. Griffiths joined TVO North America as a member of its development group in mid-2007 after a period of approximately six and a half (6.5) years spent in the hospitality industry as a senior financial analyst coupled with asset management responsibilities with Intercontinental Hotels for two (2) years and Homestead Village for four and a half (4.5) years after a year spent with Security Capital Group as a financial analyst. Today, Patrick is the asset manager for TVO’s owned and developed Hilton Garden Inn, provides financial analysis to TVO’s owned and managed multifamily portfolio and provides corporate financial analysis. Mr. Griffiths also provides financial analysis to TVO’s development projects where he works hand-in-hand with both the Project Developer and Project Manager. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso (“UTEP”) where he earned both his BBA in Finance and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (“MBA”) with a Finance emphasis. Mr. Griffiths is headquartered in El Paso.
