Executive Bios

Raymond van Beveren, Managing Director, Construction Services – TVO Groupe

Mr. van Beveren began his professional career with TVO North America in July 1995 beginning in the property management group and ultimately graduating to the position of an on-site property manager. As Managing Director, Construction Services, he is responsible for overseeing all property renovations for value-added acquisitions and capital improvements for all owned and third-party owned assets; he has previously supervised the renovation of existing military housing for the US Government’s “privatized housing initiative” as well as coordinating major renovation to multifamily rental properties being converted to condominium ownership. Mr. van Beveren's responsibilities include pre-construction evaluations for value-add property acquisitions including due diligence and developing preliminary renovation budgets, meeting with and/or negotiating with contractors, architects & engineers regarding all TVO-owned and third-party owned properties. Mr. van Beveren also works closely with risk managers and claims adjusters regarding property insurance matters. Additionally, he is responsible for the property maintenance division of TVO North America which includes staff training and the on-going management of all on-site property maintenance supervisors and continued development of Preventive Maintenance Programs. Mr. van Beveren is a 1994 graduate of Southern Methodist University (“SMU”) earning his BA Degree in Public Relations and Administration with a minor in Business. He played intercollegiate basketball at SMU and later played professionally in Europe before joining TVO. Mr van Beveren is headquartered in Atlanta.
