Executive Bios

Russell A. Vandenburg, Co-CEO – TVO Groupe and President & CEO – TVO North America

Mr. Vandenburg is co-founder and Co-CEO of TVO Groupe and its affiliates. As President and CEO of TVO North America, Mr. Vandenburg oversees all administrative aspects of the company, including long-range planning, budgeting, personnel and property management operations. With over thirty (30) years of experience in the industry, he has successfully positioned the company through the development of a strong property and facilities management-operating platform, the development of a construction management services group to manage all renovation projects, and oversees a property development team for new investment opportunities for the TVO North America platform.

Mr. Vandenburg completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at El Paso (“UTEP”) where he played intercollegiate football and currently holds a seat on the University’s Development Board and serves as Chairman of UTEP's Leadership Council . He is also active in numerous civic and charitable organizations in the city of El Paso. He is a member of several national and regional trade and government organizations including the Board of Directors of the National Multi-Housing Council (“NMHC”),Urban Land Institute ("ULI"), and the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (“TSAHC”) and the National Apartment Association (“NAA”).

Mr. Vandenburg resides in El Paso with his wirfe, Marty, children and grandchildren.
