Executive Bios

Scott Stuart, Vice President, Accounting – TVO North America

Scott Stuart joined TVO North America in July of 2007 after beginning his tenure with TVO Development Services in 2006. Mr. Stuart is responsible for the management of TVO North America’s property accounting to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to all partners and investors. Mr. Stuart was previously an internal auditor with Helen of Troy Corporation (NYSE HOT) evaluating internal control structures and financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act. Earlier, he was a corporate accountant with BRE/Homestead Village, a hotel company, where his duties included development accounting, project costing, financial reporting, asset management and cash management. Scott received his Master’s Degree of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and his BA Degree in Accounting from New Mexico State University (“NMSU”). Mr. Stuart is headquartered in El Paso.
