TVO North America, a privately-held real estate investment, development and property management services company, is seeking to expand its current multifamily investment portfolio by acquiring well-located in-fill “A & B+” quality apartment communities as well as apartment communities with the potential for redevelopment of extremely well-located “B- & C+” quality properties (so characterized due to age and/or property condition, but not location which is paramount) in the following markets:

TVO seeks to acquire garden style, mid-rise and high-rise apartment communities containing 150 units or more in primary as well as growing secondary markets across the United States. TVO prefers properties that were constructed after 1970 with in-fill locations that are near employment centers, mass transit systems, expressways and/or major thoroughfares. In particular, properties that require significant rehabilitation or that may hold promise for successful repositioning campaigns that are extremely well located will garner the most attention.
