Facility Management Services

TVO’s Facility Management Services Division has a full-service platform that specializes in industrial & logistics, retail, office, and medical office & specialty healthcare buildings facility management. Our current portfolio consists of over 4.0 million square feet of industrial/logistics properties in El Paso. This division works in concert with the company’s Construction Management Services Division which oversees the maintenance, repairs and tenant improvements of each commercial asset including the scope of work, bid solicitation, and overhead & supervision.
