Multi-Family Property Management

TVO was founded in 1983 by two brothers, Wayne and Russell Vandenburg, who both came from an athletic and coaching/teaching background. The Vandenburgs' desire to integrate their coaching experience of teaching and developing a team to produce at peak levels with the business practices of real estate management proved to be successful. TVO quickly grew to own, develop and manage over 200 properties including approximately 50,000 multi-family residential units.

TVO’s innovative business plan integrates the management, development and investment disciplines of the multifamily industry on a global business platform with a hands-on approach. ACCOUNTING

TVO offers accounting processes that will withstand the closest scrutiny. Customized client portals are established for our clients and partners for the ease and convenience of paperless reporting and production of financial statements. TVO’s accounting team satisfies the accounting needs ranging from those of the individual ownership entity to the institutional client. In addition to working closely with third party auditors, TVO has an internal audit policy to ensure compliance with established operating, collection and screening policies.

ASSOCIATE DEVELOPMENT

We understand that people drive value. TVO strategically invests in our associates and expect big returns on these investments. Associate development is established through TVO University’s network of classroom, web-based and out-sourced training programs. Associates are recognized and rewarded through various programs. TVO provides our maintenance team with a technical “How To” resource library; day to day problem solving support; negotiated national preferred pricing; preventative maintenance scheduling; maintenance peer training programs and team building programs for the exchange of ideas and troubleshooting to reduce need for more expensive contract support.
